Job Title: SAP FICA CRB Lead Consultant
Location: Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania
Position type: Contract
Contract duration: 12 Months+
Job Details:
• 8-10+ years of experience in SAP CR&B implementation programs in at least one of the modules of FICA, Billing, IDEX-MPM or Device Management
• Experience across Electricity (preferred), or Gas or Water Utilities industries North America
• Experience of atleast 1 end to end lifecycle implementation activities including:
o Requirement gathering
o Business process design
o SAP configuration
o RICEFW Functional design
o Systems and Integration Testing
o Resolving production issues
• Strong Client Facing experience, great communication and presentations skills
• Strong analytical skills with ability to work in advanced excel based data analysis of SAP ISU data
• Ability to work with offshore teams and coordinating work delivery between onsite and offshore
• Hands-On Functional Experience of the following but not limited to:
o Strong Understanding of end to end dunning process, Collection, Installment Plan using BRF+ methods
o Setup of Main & Sub transaction Experience in analyzing issue in Billing & Invoicing process.
o Experience in setup of Org Structure, GL setup & Integration
o Experience in Cash journal, Clearing Control, Account Assignment.
o Setup of Direct Debit Payments.
o Good Experience in Invoice Layout & Bill Print.
o Integration with Billing & FICO.
Minimum years of experience: 10+ years
