Job title: S/4 HanaBasis Architect

Work location:   SPRING (US:77380), TX ON Site

Duration : 6 Months

               

               

JOBDESCRIPTION           

Provide installation and troubleshooting support for several SAPinstallation and upgrade projects.• Should have experience on Basis Architect.

• Maintain the integrity of the SAP environment by managing the SAPCorrection and Transport System (CTS) • Perform installations, upgrades andpatch applications to SAP software products.  Apply patches to databasesused for SAP applications.

• Strong knowledge of HANA database

• Strong knowledge of environment either consist of - Linux, Unix,Wintel servers with databases Oracle, DB2, MaxDB, Sybase, SQL Server etc

 Work collaboratively with the SAP Functional teams from thebusiness and regional support hubs (local IT team) and management team onprojects, issues and enhancements

 Performance/resource management to include SAP monitoring, availabilityconfiguration, application tuning, prevention and application optimizationactivities

 Provide technical guidance for large-scale domestic andinternational projects including application installation and tuning, planningand installing patches in test and production environments

Provide problem resolutions and be part of a 24x7 on-call SAP supportteam. (L2/L3 support)

Strong experience in managing deliverables of vendors and strategicoutsourcing partners.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Should have good people management skills.

• Strong knowledge of Solution Manager Configuration (Manage SystemConfig, CHARM, CTS+ etc)

Good experience with Sizing using tools like QuickSizer, Capacityplanning.

• Good experience working on Virtualize environment.

• Knowledge of SAP cloud environment (AWS, MS Azure etc) along withcertification will be added advantage.

• Experience on SAP S/4 HANA implementations a plus

Experience  11-15 Years
