Job description:

 

1. Project Overview - Scope

Package GE's on-prem Ping-based solution for authentication andauthorization so that it can be deployed at Healthcare and other separatingbusinesses. This includes Ping Federate, Ping Directory, PingID/MFA, Radius,API, and related tools. Delivery in business provide hardware (servers,network). To include methods for managing users, applications and feed into andout of infrastructure. These to be delivered in an agreed upon timeline.

Actual Application integrations.

 

2. General

We are looking for a Software engineers apply software engineeringprinciples to analyze user requirements. Based on the insights gained, theydesign, develop, test, debug and deploy software. They are also responsible formonitoring, maintaining and improving existing software. Serve as an escalationpoint for complex issues.

 

3. Key Task & Skill Needed

Task

• Ensuring operating environments stay safe and secure.

• Develops information systems by designing, developing, and installingsoftware solutions Participate in Agile planning and capable of cross teamagile planning

• Develops software solutions by studying information needs, conferringwith users, and studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes.

• Understanding of software development lifecycle

• Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation,flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.

• Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing systemspecifications, standards, and programming.

• Improves operations by conducting systems analysis and recommendingchanges in policies and procedures.

• Responding when engaged effectively and speedily to any problems.

• Maintaining a professional demeanor with all business partners andcolleagues.

• Develop and administer testing methodologies

• Transition of key project artifacts and knowledge to GE (BU) SupportTeam for ongoing support

 

Skills

The following section describes the skill needed during the engagement.

• Person must have at least 5 years of software development

• Understand deployments of software on hosted Unix systems and clouddevices

• Experience in establish and maintain build pipelines. Teamcity,Jenkins with containers and without containers

• GitHub repository knowledge and experience

• Deep expertise in structured language development using Java, andJavaScript – NodeJS preferred

• Experience in static and automated testing for unit testing,integration testing, and functional testing

• Understanding of how certificates interact with the environment tomaintain session

• Implementation experience in SAML and Open Id Connect /Oauth

• FIDO and FIDO 2 Experience

• Exposure to Rally

• Knowledge of report in toolset like Senesce

• Experience with Relational Databases and LDAP

• Knowledge in the Identity space helpful

• Protects operations by keeping information confidential.

• Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizingdevelopment and service issues.

• Accomplishes engineering and organization mission by completingrelated results as needed

Experience

• At least 10 years in the engineer space

• 2 years with Identity experience
