JOB DESCRIPTION

Years of experience required - 8+

Must have skills (3 at most) - SAP SD, EDI knowledge, ExcellentCommunication

Nice to have skills- SAP GTS, Brazil Localizations, HP ALM knowledge

Role responsibilities-

• Provide Level III hands on support of the SD/OTC module; Consult andassist with issue resolution as required.

• Identify root cause for recurring issues, make proposal for theirelimination.

• Take responsibility for conducting functional development work end toend (requirement analysis, estimates, functional spec, testing, etc.).

• Ability to work after-hours when needed for high priority issues.

• Document business requirements; functional description andspecifications of the business solution.

• Collaborate with team members of the SAP Global Delivery Group toimplement and support solutions.

• Build and test system solutions, including creating formal test plans,test data and using a formal testing tool to log results.

• Provide support and/or consultation on any production application inthe SD/OTC area of responsibility.

• Report on status of all assigned work.

• Work with software vendors and external application resources in caseswhere the business solution requires it.

• Ensure the OTC tasks are properly designed, implemented and tested inthe SAP application.

• Ability to review functional and technical specifications and makerecommendations for improvement prior to development.

• Experience working with a very formal change control process includingincident/problem management.

• Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.

• Must possess a disciplined approach and commitment to delivering onService Level Agreements (SLA's).

• Adhere to a standard, global template and maintain the consistency ofthe global process model.
