Detailed Job Description: Minimum 5 years of experience and should be acquainted with agile processes. Should be scrum master certified. Familiarity with SDLC. Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement. Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily standups. Coach team members in Agile frameworks. Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration. Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur. Help team in resolving all dependencies.
