Detailed Job Description:- - Minimum 5 years of experience and should be acquainted with agile processes.
- Should be scrum master certified. Familiarity with SDLC.
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement.
- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily standups.
- Coach team members in Agile frameworks.
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur.
- Help team in resolving all dependencies.
