| Hi, Please find the job description below and let me know if any consultant is available- Client: Infosys Job Title: HARDWARE TESTING ENGINEER (onsite) Location: Seattle, Washington Position type: Contract Contract duration: 4 months+ extension possible MUST HAVE SKILLS SYNOPSIS • Candidate has confirmed to work from onsite from day 1 ---------- yes/no • Exp. in System Verification testing • Exp. in performance testing • Exp. in Embedded Hardware • Exp. in Test Fixture creation • Exp. in Microcontrollers • Exp. in design verification/validation • Exp. in system integration (hardware/Subsystem/Software) Responsibilities: • Understand User requirements / System Requirements and prepare the System Level Test cases and test procedures. • Understand the product functionality and perform the Functional and Performance validation of the product. • Lead/Support and perform Design Verification activities • Drive/Perform Installation / Operational / Performance Qualification test Protocols • Design and Develop Test fixture and automation devices • Design and develop test protocols. • Diagnose, isolate, and investigate problem reports and defects. • Ensure good documentation and Good Manufacturing practices are followed in the Verification Process • Interacts with design team to resolve tests-related technical issues. Professional Qualifications • Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field • Overall, 5 to 10 yrs. of experience with minimum 3 years in System Verification testing and performance testing. • Hands on experience in overall final design verification/validation (V&V) testing of consumer electronics products. • Relevant technical testing/reliability experience in electro-mechanical, electrical testing of consumer electronics products • Understanding of test methods and processes as well as the methods used to verify product in the areas of mechanical, electrical, functional testing environments. • Understanding of hardware and software product design methodologies and test practices. • Experience in consumer electronics or similar product development, design verification/validation, system integration (hardware/Subsystem/Software), risk management, reliability engineering, process validation and Quality systems
