JOB DESCRIPTION
Directs and manages project development from beginning to end, ensuringproject commitments are met on time and within budget, ultimately focused ondriving the initiative through to final delivery. Considers 'the biggerpicture' when making decisions.
Manages the project teams, plans activities and monitors progress, andensures all project deliverables are provided using best practices and are ofan appropriate quality.
Has very strong communication skills (all types) to lead and influenceproject teams and clients. Develop effective, quality source code thatsatisfies customer needs with an exceptional experience Oversee scrum processand coaches the team.
Technology Experience Desired: Experience working within MS Azure cloudtechnologies and Snowflake. Need experience in Fivetran, HVR, Snowflake.
Define a Azure pipeline with various data sources to ingest data toSnowflake. Primarily using Fivetran or HVR. Manage number of pipelines inparallel according to scope, planned profitability levels, quality standardsand highest-level client satisfaction.
Technical literacy' is a must, to be able to oversee/conduct analysiswith teams, identify and understand technical delivery risks and communicatewith vendors and clients. Hands-on-delivery and solution architecturebackground. Deliverables:
Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor or master's degree, 5+ Years ofExperience in hands-on delivery for technical projects; Minimum 15 years of ITexperience including interactions with customers Excellent analytical &technical skills, strong leadership skills; planning and organizational skills;Good interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation,must be able to motivate team members in challenging environment.
