JOB DESCRIPTION: Supports all phases of the system development andimplementation process including analysis, design, development, testing andongoing maintenance. Consults with IT and business area to provides short andlong-term system solutions. Reviews system requirements and business processes;codes, tests, debugs and implements software solutions. Oversees various agilesystem projects of a highly complex nature. Responsible for assembling multipleproject teams, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriateresources needed, and developing schedules to ensure timely completion ofproject. Familiar with the system scope and project objectives, as well as therole and function of each team member, in order to effectively coordinate theactivities across multiple teams. 3 years experience in facilitating thedelivery of successful agile projects. Leads others to solve complex problemsand takes a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions. May manageprofessional staff and or projects. Is accountable for the overall performanceand results of the team project
