Work Location: El Paso, TX
Duration : 6 Months
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle
• Creating and executing unit, functional, destructive, and performancetests
• Debugging and root cause analysis techniques
• Managing version control systems
• Assist with user training as needed
• Understand IT processes and work within designated guidelines
• The ability to analyse and document business and system processes isrequired.

• A proven ability to translate business needs into technicalrequirements is required
• Ability and willingness to take charge and lead tasks to completionare required
• Work cross-functionally with business operations and business analyststo create and optimize workflow processes
• lead initiatives related to designing and managing workflow automationprojects, testing and fixing bugs
Technical/Functional Skills:
• Over 3 years of development experience in UiPath
• Should possess good RPA skillset skills RPA Methodology, RPA lifecycle, Best practice, RPA tool - UiPath (Hands-on project experience)
• Should possess good RPA++ skillset skills OCR Implementation /hands-on experience, Intelligent Document Processing/understanding of ComputerVision
• Good knowledge of at least basic knowledge of technical skills in anycoding language C#/Java, VB Script, Excel VBA (Excel Macros)
• Should be able to write/understand SQL and database
• Should have experience in the support and maintenance of productionrobots
• Analyze and Design solutions in accordance with design principles andcreate a Design document and Test cases as per RPA recommendation
• Should be able to work independently end to end, right from automationfeasibility, Design, coding, testing, and deployment on automating the Processin the Automation Tool
• Development and Coding of RPA process as per the requirements usingRPA (UiPath), RPA++ best practices
• Solve issues that arise in the day-to-day running of RPA processes andprovide timely support and solutions as required
• Support the operational teams during the UAT and Production rolloutphase.
• Good verbal & written communication skills, and should be able totalk directly/independently with clients to understand the requirements andprovide a solution
