Should have 12+ years exp. of SAP PA / OM, SAP Time Management , SAP Payroll, SuccessFactors Employee Central(Good to have the data replication experience) 2. Should be expert on handling complex SAP +ve & -ve Time (PCR, Schema, Function/operation) management and US Payroll (PCR, Schema) Configurations along with FI integration (Time Management Primary and Payroll as secondary skillset) 3. Should have handled & implemented multiple Union related complex CBA rules in the Time Management modules & passed Time WTs to Payroll for processing 4. Should have knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central – Data replication to ECC for PA,OM, Time & Payroll 5. Knowledge of SAP Fiori & UI5 using Time Entry Apps, middle ware CPI , BRF+ 6. Candidate Must possess good communication skills and should be able to lead the complete program and provide the business solutions.
