Job Title: Automation Test Engineer

Work Location: Remote

Contract duration: 06 Months + Extendable Possible

Detailed Job Description:

· Work closely with infrastructure and backed developers to develop and execute automated tests and test strategies.

· implement test automation, perform code reviews, and implement test automation best practices.

· Use automated test and debugging tools to assist in collecting system information, including performance and continuous built in automation test.

· Help build CI/CD pipelines to automate the software development lifecycle.

· Use creativity, product, and operating system knowledge to develop and execute a variety of exploratory test scenarios.

· Identify and implement opportunities to improve and automate the CI/CD process.

· Provide build verification and sign-off.

· About you

· You have 5+ years of test automation or other software development experience

· You have knowledge of various languages, ie. python, C, C++, Java, Scala, etc.

· You understand and can apply software testing best practices

· Knowledge of Linux and Linux test tools

· Knowledge of VPN, network applications, and cloud programming

· Knowledge of Jenkins and/or Ansible is a bonus

· You like working in a team and have excellent communication skills

· You like finding creative solutions to solve hard problems
