Job Title: Delivery Consultant
Location: Princeton, NJ (Onsite)
Job Duration: 12 months
Type Of Hire: Contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Solid Windows 10 and MS365 knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Understanding of basic AWS and Azure Cloud computing concepts
- O365 and other MS Cloud Solutions
- Understanding of Azure Virtual Desktop management
- Understanding of SharePoint functionality
- Experience with Axway Secure FTP a plus
- Responding to ServiceNow tickets under an SLA.
- Effectively manage and communicate urgency on all issues and manage expectations appropriately when not urgent.
- Communication is key.
- Awareness of Client cybersecurity policies and knowledge of Intune for troubleshooting purposes.
- Serve as a liaison between users and resolving team's as necessary, users, and vendors regarding service requests, usage, standards, security, and other technical matters.
- Support the local application development team as requested.
- Support hands and feet for offshore-based IT team of Capgemini
- Resolve IT problems to customer satisfaction as quickly as possible.
- Occasional travel as needed.
Description
- This role will serve as a subject matter expert for Microsoft cloud solutions including Azure AD/Teams/SharePoint/OneDrive/Office365.
- Expertise in all MS365 products and tools
- Provide support via Service Now Incidents and Requests for the MS365 services mentioned above
- Participate in project tasks involving roll out of new MS365 features and configurations
- Provide guidance and best practices to ITS and our customers
- Develop and document reliable and repeatable automations, processes, and tasks
- Comfortable balancing IT best practices, multiple projects, and business needs.
- Able to communicate clearly and concisely verbally and writing in English
- Communicates effectively with staff and management to identify IT needs
- Able to effectively communicate basic technical info to non-technical experts multi-Tasking
- Works constructively under stress and pressure
- Balances day to day needs that arise with implementation and completion of projects demonstrated Leadership Skills
- Effectively prioritizes and coordinates multiple tasks for self and others
- Works well with teams across functions
- Keeps IT members and stakeholders informed re: ServiceDesk activities and issues
- Able to make and execute decisions effectively, quickly, and independently
- Anticipates problems, identifies risks, plans for contingencies
