Job Title* SAP Project Manager Work Location* East Chicago, IN - 46312 Job Details: • You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. • You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. • You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. • You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. Basic Qualifications for SAP Project Manager • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. • At least 11 years of experience in SAP implementation projects and upgrade projects • Ideal candidate should have worked as SAP Functional consultant or SAP technical consultant before leadership role • End to End knowledge of SAP project & Support methodology • Should have managed at least 1 SAP S4HANA implementation project • Minimum 2 end to end life cycle implementation / roll outs as project manager • Proficient in SAP project implementation methodologies (Activate & Agile) • Good understanding of one of SAP Functional areas and interdependency between SAP modules and non-SAP systems. • Good hands on experience on project management & MS office (MS project , Excel & PowerPoint) • Strong management and leadership skills • Should have strong analytical skills, should be team-oriented with excellent multi-tasking and coordination skills. • Strong customer orientation, and conflict resolution skills • Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing timelines and expectations, and producing high-quality deliverables i.e. proof-of-concepts, RFP, etc. • Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
