No Job Details: · You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. · You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. · You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. · You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. Basic Qualifications for SAP Project Manager: · Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. · At least 11 years of experience in SAP implementation projects and upgrade projects · Ideal candidate should have worked as SAP Functional consultant or SAP technical consultant before leadership role · End to End knowledge of SAP project & Support methodology · Should have managed at least 1 SAP S4HANA implementation project · Minimum 2 end to end life cycle implementation / roll outs as project manager · Proficient in SAP project implementation methodologies (Activate & Agile) · Good understanding of one of SAP Functional areas and interdependency between SAP modules and non-SAP systems. · Good hands-on experience on project management & MS office (MS project, Excel & PowerPoint) · Strong management and leadership skills · Should have strong analytical skills, should be team-oriented with excellent multi-tasking and coordination skills. · Strong customer orientation, and conflict resolution skills · Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing timelines and expectations, and producing high-quality deliverables i.e., proof-of-concepts, RFP, etc. · Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
