Detail Job Description: 1. Spend a minimum of 50% of time at the client’s facility 2. Responsible for leading the technical support on all aspects of DC networking including overlay technologies. 3. Should possess CCIE level knowledge of DC Networking and Virtualization. 4. Experience with VLXAN and/or ACI would be a plus. 5. Familiarity with APIs and experience with Ansible or some other scripting language. (Terraform, Python, PowerShell) 6. Advocates solutions and services to customers on technologies and platforms to expertly manage their networks. 7. Be the representative to the customer, working in a fast-paced, high-impact environment as a visible contributor delivering on Cisco commitments. 8. A creative problem solver, comfortable with challenging the status quo and rapidly responding to escalated issues. 9. Possess broad networking knowledge and specific area expertise, as well as excellent Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills. 10. A high degree of raw analytic intelligence, logical reasoning ability, and curiosity are essential.
