| Hi, Please find the job description below and let me know if any consultant is available- Client: ARIAT Job Title: SAP Retail OTC Manager Location: Dallas TX Position type: Contract-to-Hire after 6 months Contract duration: 6 Months Job Description The Retail Order to Cash Manager will lead the entire retail team to provide hands-on configuration, and support of order entry, logistics, and billing processes for the our retail channel in a retail POS system (Teamwork ) and global AFS implementation of SAP. Responsibilities will span end-to-end customer service and sales operations business applications including but not limited to order entry, AFS allocations, outbound logistics, POS systems and billing. Position Roles / Responsibilities: • Apply conceptual knowledge of business processes and technology to solve complex business process and procedural problems for all the solutions in the retail landscape. • Participate in and take ownership of cross-functional projects and deliver Retail/SAP processes and application solutions for our internal business units and customers. • Participate in the design and development of stable efficient global business solutions. Drive excellence in solutions. • Provide business customers with expert troubleshooting and problem resolution capabilities. • Working with technical team members, troubleshoot and debug retail/ SAP programs in order to solve application or configuration issues. • Proactively seek out, identify, and assess new technology and concepts that will add value to the business. • Ensure appropriate involvement in project teams to build ownership for solutions. • Effectively communicate and manage expectations with all levels of the business community. • Manage and own support of SAP AFS order to cash functionality including all areas of sales operations, customer service, outbound logistics, and billing for all processes related to retail sales. • Manage and own support of Teamwork retail POS system including all areas of POS operations. • Ability to design, implement, test, manage, and support business solutions that involve non-SAP systems Qualifications: • Participation in at least 3 full cycle SAP implementations. • At least 12 years of relevant experience in delivering enterprise business solutions. • At least 8 years of experience in using an SAP apparel and footwear system, with focus in designing solutions. • At least 5 Years’ experience the supporting 3rd party retail POS systems and integration with SAP. • Experience in Teamwork retail is a plus • Experience with credit card and sales tax integration is a plus • Experience in working with data orchestration tools is a plus. • Experience working with Business Intelligence teams delivering business reporting is a plus • Experience with Solution Manager is a plus Thanks & Regards Abhishek Chellumala VEDAINFO INC Office: -310-929-1616 EXT 113 Direct: -+1 310-589-4470 E-Mail: -Abhishek@vedainfo.com www.vedainfo.com |
