| Hi, Please find the job description below and let me know if any consultant is available- Client: Direct Client Job Title: Infrastructure Project Manager Location: King of Prussia, PA (onsite) Position type: Contract Duration: 12 months+ Job Summary: We are actively seeking an accomplished, meticulous IT Infrastructure Project Manager to guide and manage our IT infrastructure projects from inception to completion. This role involves significant collaboration and coordination with inter- and cross-divisional teams, including Real Estate, Enterprise IT, Application Architecture, and Operations. Projects may range from new site setups, technology rollouts, and acquisition integrations to network expansions and new server infrastructure architecture. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee and manage IT infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed within the specified timeline, budget, and scope. Collaborate with both internal departments and external vendors for the smooth execution of projects. Craft comprehensive project plans and charters, disseminate them to stakeholders, and regularly update them. Utilize internal Project Management tools such as Azure DevOps and Monday.com for efficient tracking and reporting. Mitigate project risks, monitor potential issues, and drive their timely resolution. Produce progress updates, requirement documentation, proposals, and presentations. Encourage the adoption of best practices in IT infrastructure within the team and across the organization. Collaborate effectively with vendors and inter-/cross-divisional teams such as Real Estate, Enterprise IT, Application Architecture, and Operations. Occasionally manage application development projects as needed. Ensure strict adherence to the company's IT governance policies and procedures. Preferred Skills and Experience: A bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Solid experience as an IT Infrastructure Project Manager or a similar role. Proficiency in using Project Management tools, with a preference for experience in Azure DevOps and Monday.com. Experience managing application development projects is a plus. Comprehensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, network systems, server architectures, and cloud solutions. Exceptional communication skills in both written and verbal forms. Demonstrated leadership skills, highlighting decision-making and team management abilities. The ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize, and effectively manage time. Certifications such as PMP or ITIL are beneficial. Experience with Excel Knowledge of Logistical tools such as Descartes Ability to work with minimal supervision.
