Job Description:

·       Lead the development and enhancement of reference architecture patterns that make up the Enterprise Application Architecture and guiding principles for all Client cloud designs and implementations.

·       Align Enterprise Architecture patterns to domain and/or program business strategy.

·       Collaborate with Solution Architects, Technical Leads and Technical Staff to ensure that system designs, solutions and processes align to and support the Enterprise Architecture.

·       Shape the Application Architecture roadmap through the application of technology, domain/program, industry and organizational capability expertise.

·       Drive implementation of large-scale enterprise programs ensuring alignment between Architecture and program objectives.

·       Manage the architecture of large domains, ensuring Architecture alignment for all programs, projects, and initiatives that impact the cloud domain.

 

Application Architect Responsibilities:

Participate in the Architecture Review Board (ARB) including:

·       Participate in discussion and approval of all projects, procedures, and policies presented to the ARB.

·       Approve of cloud-focused project designs that can be approved outside the ARB.

·       Validate and prepare cloud-focused projects, designs, procedures, or processes prior to them being presented to the ARB.

·       Participate in Enterprise Solution Review Board

·       Ensure that proposed solutions align with Enterprise Architecture Strategies

Speak to the collaborative design of the solution and key decisions made for the design.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive resource to support the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of the Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) module. This role will be instrumental in optimizing recruiting experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, ensuring seamless integration with broader HCM processes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), supporting end-to-end recruiting processes.
  • Configure and maintain ORC features including job requisitions, candidate workflows, career sites, interview scheduling, and offer management.
  • Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable recruiting solutions.
  • Monitor system performance and user experience, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage integrations between ORC and other systems (e.g., background checks, assessments, onboarding).
  • Support data integrity, reporting, and analytics related to recruiting metrics and compliance.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with Oracle support as needed.
  • Configure and optimize Redwood UI components to enhance user experience across Oracle HCM modules.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and user guides.

 

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, with a focus on the Recruiting module.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting processes and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Experience with system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle Recruiting Cloud certification(s).
  • Experience with integrations and third-party recruiting tools.
  • Familiarity with recruiting compliance requirements (e.g., EEO, OFCCP).
  • Knowledge of user experience design and candidate engagement strategies.
