Need Sr Teradata DBA with GoldenGate expertise

Client is looking for Teradata DBA with GoldenGate expertise

Location: El Segundo, CA (Los Angeles, CA)

Term: Initial  12 months with long term extension scope.

Only H1B/GC/USC

Submit H1bs If you can give H1B Copy, DL only.

 

The primary skillset:

Teradata 15.10 Database experience (mandatory)

Golden Gate 10x/11x experience (mandatory).

Experience with HP Vertica (preferred, not mandatory)

SQL – Expert Level

 

The DBA primarily supporting the following tasks:

1. Teradata Application DBA tasks in handling service now requests related to user requests
2. Working on DDL deployment
3. Working on SQL Performance tuning and analysis
4. Working on Data copy between Database environments using Data Mover
5. Troubleshooting Golden Gate REPLICAT jobs and troubleshooting failures and restarting production replication jobs onto Teradata, HP Vertica platforms
6. Analyzing Golden Gate service logs and fixing any issues proactively
7. Supporting Scheduled maintenance for ETL/ DW platform and managing the Golden Gate jobs during scheduled maintenance for stopping and starting services seamlessly.
8. Willing  to support on call/weekend shift when necessary
9. Willing to work in client facing role
10. Willing to work with geographically diverse team based in multiple locations
