IT Digital Project Manager:

 

Must Haves: 
6+ Yrs Digital Project Mgmt, Strong Communication Skills, Highly organized. See job desc. 

This position is for a SR PROJECT MANAGER within the Global Digital & Social Media team who will proactively manage the definition, design and implementation of key digital initiatives. 

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: 
1. Communicate directly with clients to define project requirements and scope and to communicate on-going project status and progress 
2. Partner extensively with internal and external web design, development, and delivery resources to ensure products and processes meet expectations including quality, budget and timeliness. 
3. Day-to-day program management of assigned Interactive projects including budget tracking, issue management, timeline management in conjunction with build partners 
4. Participate in budget development process. Manage assigned, approved budget. 
5. Prioritize assigned projects with client and build partners 
6. Foster strong working relationships with team members to ensure quality deliverables 
7. Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously 
8. Direct up to 3-5 Project Mangers in addition to owning daily project management related tasks 
9. Interaction and providing direction to 3rd party agencies 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: 
1. Customer service oriented, high level of proactive engagement with clients (SLA focused) 
2. Expert Communication Skills; written and verbal (business and technical teams) 
3. Expert Relationship Building Skills 
4. Experience with overseeing Interactive design solutions 
5. Expert Program Management skills 
6. Experience with defining/setting project scope and priorities with client 
7. Strong Negotiating and persuasive skills 
8. Digital Marketing experience 
9. Excellent organizational skills 


EDUCATION REQUIRED: 
• Bachelor’s Degree 

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 
• 6+ years digital program management experience managing large, complex programs as well as managing numerous small, fast-paced projects 

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: 
• Interactive Program Management experience 
• Experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Project, Project Management tools 
• Experience managing Digital Projects within marketing or communications organizations 
• Experience managing Digital projects leveraging website, mobile and email technologies 
• Strong aptitude and knowledge in the digital area 
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new content domains, visualize and simplify complex systems, and solve problems both analytically and creatively 
• Exceptional client presentation skills, idea generation and brainstorming skills. 
• Takes accountability and strong executor
