Job Title: Sr. Salesforce Developer

Location: San Francisco CA

Duration : 12+ Months

 Job Description:

·         Perform/lead technical design and development of complex application systems using existing and emerging technology platforms

·         Manage Salesforce application using the standard Salesforce Setup menu creating and managing custom objects, fields, formulas, analytic snapshots and report types

·         Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards

·         Validate the Salesforce rules and custom workflow

·         Participate in integration process with other enterprise systems; audit and resolve data integrity issues

·         Complete bulk imports and exports of data and batch reassignment of accounts based on organizational changes

·         Develop basic and detailed program specifications

·         Ensure expected application performance levels are achieved

·         Design, code, test, debug, document, maintain and modify computer programs of high complexity, significance and risk

·         Develop training plans, materials and documentation for users, and coordinate user training sessions

·         Monitor user adoption rates and respond with additional training

·         Recommend, implement, and test automation strategies and deploy Visualforce pages, Apex classes and triggers

·         Manage and validate Salesforce Mobile configurations

Required Skills:

·         Solid Client's experience with APEX API and APEX Triggers

·         Program fluently in Apex and have a solid understanding of Apex classes

·         Strong Experience with Agile Methodology and Implementation and VisualForce.

·         Confidently work off existing code

·         Advanced understanding of the Client's data model and how and when to create custom objects, junction objects, and other model items

·         Understanding of Relational databases (SQL, Oracle etc..)

·         JavaScript, JQuery, HTML/DHTML programming experience

·         Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and client relationship experience

·         Ability to be highly productive, both working alone and in a team environment

·         Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, customer driven environment
