Responsibilities:	Data Warehouse Modeler/ETL Developer is responsible Design, build & maintain the Data Warehouse, Operational Data Stores & other data assets
Job Description	Maintain the existing data warehouses and Design subject area wise data marts/cubes to facilitate aggregation, slicing and dicing of data by reporting tools such as Tableau/Cognos Work proactively & independently to address project requirements, and articulate issues/challenges with enough lead time to address project delivery risks Understand and translate business needs into data models supporting long-term solutions. Work with the Application Development team to implement data strategies, build data flows and develop conceptual, logical and physical data models that ensure high data quality and reduced redundancy. Optimize & Maintain conceptual, logical and physical data models along with corresponding metadata to support new and existing projects. Recommend opportunities for reuse of data models in new environments. Evaluate data models and physical databases for variances and discrepancies. Validate business data objects for accuracy and completeness. Analyze data-related system integration challenges and propose appropriate solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve data, system issues and performance issues.
Qualifications	Expertise experience in data warehouse modeling methodology (star schema/data vault) Expertise in Informatica and dimensional modeling. Experience with database design & modeling. Experience with business intelligence or reporting tools (Tableau, Cognos). Have working experience in ecommerce industry and web analytics will be a plus Good written and oral communication skills; excellent technical skills. Highly motivated self-starter, detail and quality oriented and able to work independently Experience with data modeling tool (ER/Studio) Minimum 8 year experience in Informatica development Minimum 10 year in software development Education: BS degree or higher in MIS or engineering fields.
Non-Technical Skills:	STRONG COMMUNICATION IS A MUST.
