* Must have skills (1-5):
JavaØ
Extensive experience testing Web applications (automation and manual)Ø
Broad knowledge and hands-on technical experience in test methodologies and automation development, with experience creating automation and test frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver and CucumberØ
Proficient in writing Test Plans, Test Scenario, Test Cases and Test ScriptsØ
Ability to handle multiple tasks independently with precise detail and follow-up reportingØ
Responsibilities:
* Improve the overall efficiency of the QA team
* Work alongside developers to evangelize testing best practices
* Lead the implementation of our automated regression test framework
* Work closely with dev and QA teams to capture test automation framework requirements
* Work with QA functional team members to port the existing repetitive test cases and automate them
* Perform performance testing and manual testing.
* Coordination with offshore team to script the automation test cases
Experience:
* 2+ years of experience testing Web applications (automation and manual)
* Broad knowledge and hands-on technical experience in test methodologies and automation development, with experience creating automation and test frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver and Cucumber
* Detail oriented with good written & verbal communication skills
* Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills
* Knowledge of agile principles, value, best practices, and tools.
* Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
* Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
