* At least 7+ years of experience in Performance testing, monitoring and analysis using Dynatrace/AppDynamics with excellent reporting skills
* LoadRunner expertise for multiple protocols
* Hands on experience in debugging of performance scripts, identification of performance bottlenecks using drill down analysis using monitoring tools; Interaction with various stake holders for performance issue resolution
* Hands on experience with SAR, vmstat, iostat, netstat, perfmon etc.
* Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
* Ability to lead a team of performance testers
* Good communication skill
* Good Analytical skills
* Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment Should have rich performance testing life and should have experience in LR and Jmeter. Minimum years of experience: 7+
