Job Description: Responsibilities:

Design and develop enterprise level system to support the analytical needs using Tableau.
Develop plan for business continuity, including monitoring system utilization/performance for capacity planning purposes
Act as a technical expert to provide technical support and software upgrades for applications.
Coordinate and perform regular operating system, application maintenance including backup and recovery processes for applications and system.
Design and develop disaster recovery plans.
Assist in troubleshooting application, database connectivity, networking, operating system issues.
Establish and manage relationships with Vendor.
Develop and maintain security aspects of the system.
Work very closely with Data Architects, DBAs, SMEs and Power Users in setting up the environment that meets the needs of users.
Troubleshoot and optimize Tableau Dashboards/Workbooks, data extraction, etc.
Work with cross-functional teams on the day-to-day execution of data & analytics projects and initiatives.

Experience & Personal Qualities:

At least 7 years of experience with Tableau out of which at least 3 years with hands on Administration.
Experience in setting up repositories, users and security management.
A general working understanding of infrastructure technologies and concepts.
Ability to quickly learn new technology and concepts to perform duties in a very past paced environment.
Ability to setup automated processes to manage system health.
Experience in optimizing system performance and troubleshooting.
Proficient with system upgrades, patches, maintaining compliance, support audits, etc.
Willingness and the ability to closely work with User community, DBAs, ETL developers, and the project team in general.
A flexible analytic approach that allows for results at varying levels of precision
Prior working experience in the area of Retail Industry is preferred.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to details, and the ability to multi-task
Ability to work independently and as a team with strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
Be detail-oriented and comfortable with a fast-paced, structured, retail environment.

5 years of experience in software engineering building medium to large mobile web applications
Experience with the following web technologies: React, ReactJS, Redux, Node.js, Angular, JavaScript, CSS3, HTML5. (must have React JS and Node.js)
Experience with the mobile development frameworks: Phonegap, React Native
Experience with the database technologies: Cassandra, any other NOSQL DB is a plus

ETL Developer @ Racine, WI – Long Term Contract - is responsible for designing and delivering the processes to extract, transform, clean and move data and metadata so that it can be loaded into a data warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyzes Project-specific business requirements and system integration points to design appropriate ETL solutions that are aligned with Architectural standards.
Responsible for delivery of the design, code, testing and documentation, based on system and technical requirements
Responsible for impact analysis in case an existing object is modified
Works with solution architects to choose a data integration style to meet the needs of each project — for example, replication, ETL, views, etc.
Engages with Business SME’s to understand the use cases that the integration solution must support.
Presents ETL design in Architectural review meeting comprising of Solution Architects/ETL Architects/Data Architects/DBA/Engineers/Testing Team.
Works with the Project Data Modeler in understanding the Entity relationships also hands over ETL Architecture design documents to the Development team(s).
Interacts with database administrators to meet requirements for volume and performance.
During the execution of each phase, assumes an active project role and supports ETL team during development, testing and implementation rollout.

BI Designer/Analyst @ Racine, WI – Long Term Contract - will align with various business functions and seek a deep understanding of their process/technical challenges. This person will also be responsible for providing analysis, developing global standard reporting, and managing delivery of critical metrics and reports/dashboards to drive focused and impactful discussions. This role will mostly work in an Enterprise Data Warehouse using Teradata, Informatica, and Tableau; however, there may also need to be some prototyping in other tools like SSAS and Excel.
