Work Location: Irving, TX 75037
Rate: C2C or W2 All-inclusive
Must Have Skills:
* Overall 6+ years of relevant experience in Implementation, Roll Out,
Upgrade and Support projects related to Fusion HCM Applications.
* Strong experience in handling Oracle HCM Cloud Technical work
related to impact analysis, requirement gathering, configuration, development,
testing and production rollout.
* Proficient in Implementing IT/business Solution in Oracle Fusion HCM
co-existence environment
* Strong hands on experience in HCM Data Loader, Oracle Fusion Data Integration
tools like HDL, FBL, and SDL for building/enhancing integration to third party tools.
* Strong hands on experience in Fusion HCM Extracts, OTBI Reports, BI Publisher,
Fast Formula, DFF - Flex Fields configurations, Security Console, ESS Scheduler,
Sandbox, Monthly patch application, testing etc.
* Knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM Modules like Core HR, Payroll, Benefits,
Absence Management, Time & Labor, Compensation, Talent Management, Learn,
Recruiting, Security etc.
* Identifying and addressing client needs, building solid relationships with clients
communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner.

* Proven record of success as a team member and understanding personal and
team roles, contributing to a positive working environment by building solid relationships
with team members, providing clarification and feedback.
* Experience of working in globally distributed diverse teams.
* Experience in Leading effort estimation, proposal development,
and pre sales activities.
Process Workflow Steps:
a. Request distributed for sourcing
b. Supplier submits candidate profile(s)
c. MSP reviews and dispositions (MSP Qualify) candidate profiles for
manager review
d. Candidate is evaluated and selected by manager (PM Qualified)
e. MSP Team releases offer for supplier Offer Acceptance/Approval;
Supplier initiates BGC
f. Once accepted & approved by the supplier the workflow goes to
Worker Download then PO ID Upload
g. Once the PO is uploaded, the workflow circles back to the MSP Team
for On-boarding
h. When the supplier has confirmed that the BGC is complete and
ajudicated green, the MSP Team will onboard the candidate to complete
the workflow in Beeline
i.Every 6 months, you will receive a survey form our team requesting
input on your experience.
Need excellent technical skills in Oracle HCM fusion integration
with 3rd party payroll vendor
