POSITION DETAILS:
Title:SAP BW HANA Lead Developer
Location:Malvern PA
Duration : 1+ Year
Technology – M/F, ODBA, SQL DBA, M/F DBA, App Support, Incident Management, etc

Must have skills:
SAP HANA 1.0 (Primary)
SAP BW 7.4 and above (Primary)
SAP BODS 4.0 and above (Secondary)
Strong knowledge of SAP ECC ERP (Secondary)
JD:
•We need an experienced SAP BW HANA Lead Developer with strong experience with the native HANA modeling environment and BW on HANA, that can participate and drive business blue prints, requirements and other architectural discussions and activities.
•Resource should lead and drive the BI development activities.
•Strong knowledge of multi system landscape architecture and integration aspects between heterogeneous system technologies (Global focus desired),in the areas of Implementation, Modeling, Security & Authorization, Data Provisioning (SLT,BODS, SDA etc).
•Must have very strong demonstrated knowledge of SAP HANA SPS09/10.
•Strong native HANA modeling skills with proven experience with complex modeling using scripts, etc.
•Strong Expertise in BW Modeling and Support activities (BW 7.4 and above).
•Work in an onsite-offshore model involving daily interactions with offshore teams to ensure on-time quality deliverable.
•Experience in the full-life cycle of large and complex enterprise services with minimum of 4 years of experience in implementing SAP HANA models based on SAP ERP system.
•Ability to write SQL Script views and stored procedures.
•Understanding of Hybrid architecture (HANA Plus BW).
•Ability to analyze performance bottlenecks (SQL Plans) and provide optimization techniques.
•Exposure to Agile methodology.
