Human Capital Management And Budget Development Implementation
Project Objective - How will this role fit into the whole initiative?
Seeking a cloud-based enterprise framework and assistance from an Implementation Partner for building their next gen Human Capital Management (HCM) and Budget Development Technology solution which is flexible to cater to their current business needs and also scalable to meet the long-term strategic objectives and goals.
Please share details around the current industry that the end-client is operating in.
Minimum years of experience needed:
Overall min 9 years' experience in SAP PI / PO and in that min 1 or 2 years exp in CPI-PI / HCI. Also SuccessFactors Integration with CPI-PI.
Performance Expectations
What will this resource be doing?
analysis of the existing landscape.
Defining the CPI-PI Integration strategy and making sure team is implementing the same.
Coordination with client and other teams during implementation.
Infosys Tools implementation plan in SFUAD project
Reviewing the implemented interfaces and test results.
Cut over planning and execution
Production Support handover planning and execution
Troubleshooting and resolving performance and production problems in CPI-PI
Coordination with SAP for any CPI-PI product related limitation.
What outcome or deliverables are expected at the end of this assignment?
Successful implementation of 52 CPI interface
Integration Technical Specs docs
Training material CPI-PI interfaces implementation.
Documentation for each of the Changes and content activation wherever necessary.
Technical Hiring Criteria (Must Haves)
Programming Languages: SAP PI / PO and CPI-PI / HCI
Platform/Environment: Cloud Integration with SF.
Years of experience on each of the Technical must have skills: Overall min 9 years' experience in SAP PI / PO and CPI-PI.
Any Certifications required: CPI-PI optional
How will the client make the decision (Determine timelines for reviewing/selecting a candidate)?
There is no interview with client. We will only select profile with Infosys technical expert interview.
Will the candidate be client facing and/or working with business users?
Yes, Client facing.
What is the interview process? (In Person or SKYPE/Video Conference)
Video conference.
What is the timeline for completing the selection process?
Within 2 weeks
What is the timeline for the Interview panelist to complete the interview process?
Max 2 hours.
