Title:Technical Business Analyst
Location: Menomonee Falls, WI
Duration : longterm
Job description :
Facilitate requirement gathering meetings with technical stakeholders to ensure correct requirements are provided to the engineering team.
Identify, define, interpret and clarify scope of problems/issues in terms of business and/or system requirements and processes
Create and define Acceptance Criteria and ensure user stories are complete with appropriate requirements and prioritized
Conduct sessions with QA test teams in order to ensure requirements are understood and testable
Articulate data requirements and data quality standards
Demonstrate thorough understanding of technical details and solutions
Document and maintain Operational Processes including capture of As Is Processes and definition and mapping of To Be Processes , in accordance with technology
Represent the team’s interests in building maintainable, scalable solutions that also meet business requirements
Communicate complex technical needs into clear, actionable migration requirements
Collaborate with other analysts and project contributors to create comprehensive and cohesive solution approaches.
Well versed with JIRA, Confluence and Agile iterative methodology
