Detailed Job Description:
Business Analysts with Technical Proficiency in AS400. Experience Retail with strong expertise in Inventory Management and Island Pacific package. Ability to liase with business and technical team. Bridge gap between business and tech team. Able to create requirement documents and participate in analysis of requirements
* Must have at least 6+ years of experience in AS400, SQL400, DB2, Island Pacific Retail Application and supply chain management.
* Should have experience in Deployment, Administration and Testing while implementing Business applications.
* Should have experience working in integrating different ERP systems which includes requirement gathering, coding, unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, UAT and Go- live.
* Should have experience in supply chain management which includes co-ordination between different teams like POS, SAP, DOM, PKMS, BI, JE, JDA, etc. to fix the production issues.
* Must have ability to support Island Pacific application which keep track of all stores and E-Com sales, inventory, Distribution order, Purchase orders, Store pricing etc.
* Expertise in System Analysis, Design, Development, and Maintenance skills of AS/400 platforms and IT systems running RPG/IV, ILE (Free Format), SQLRPGLE, CLP, SQL/400, Turnover, MKS(Implementer), Hawkeye, Robot, Total/400
* Experience in Integration, System and Manual testing and providing UAT Support.
* Must be capable of Technical Management of complete End to End software project life cycles and leading teams to meet the defined targets with high standards of quality.
* Good experience in documentation, have created System Appreciation Document, Functional specifications, User Manual, Technical Design documents, Integration Test Plan, Unit Test Plan documents.
* Proficient in managing multiple priorities and projects within tight deadlines.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Expertise in Production support, solving production problems and providing permanent solutions.
* Should possess excellent communication, interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team as well as individually.
* Excellent client relation skills and the drive to complete tasks effectively and efficiently.
* Ability to assist customers and team mates to understand issues and help/coordinate with multiple teams to resolve issues and make the environment stable.
* Knowledge in SAP to validate the billing documents, Payments, shipments, IDOC status etc.
* Handling Patch works in Prod and Non-Prod environments.
* Understanding of DevOps, Agile and Omni Channel.
