Global Commercial Data Science Manager

The Global Commercial Data, Analytics, and Insights team is focused on developing the next generation of value-add insights capabilities and services. This hands-on, technical role will focus on automation of strategic decision information, uncover new opportunities and automate the commercial execution ensure last mile value.

Core Requirements:

A strong statistical background in ML, NLP, deep learning models along with familiar in probabilistic information retrieval and optimization methods
Partner/own the development of select assets/accelerators insights and automation capabilities from rapid POC to enterprise scale
Developing and evolving core commercial data & analytics ecosystems used across all analytics packages. Examples area: Multi-Channel Analytics, Patient Pathways, Omni-Channel Segmentation, Territory Design, Customer Targeting, Attribution Modeling, & Predictive Commercial Mix
Design data test and learn experiments to drive personalized solutions across the customer journeys addressing key customer needs as well as enabling personalized experiences across each touch points through connective analytics

Core Skills Needed

Expert in data structures and algorithms
Hands on with R, Python, SQL, Data Bricks, Spark, etc.
Proficient in machine learning areas and techniques including neural networks, supervised, unsupervised, reinforced, recommendations, etc
Experience of building and deploying ML apps to production
Understanding of open source code application
Data visualization & story telling
