Job Description:
● Support People Team and cross-functionally to serve as point of contact for Sage data issues are reporting.
● Provide technical and functional expertise regarding Benefits data management.
● Review and recommend process changes; and innovative solutions to improve user experience and customer service; take lead on Sage product changes.
● Reviews Integration error reports and troubleshoots findings.
● Communicate cases and project status with users, and ensure timely response and resolution of all issues.
● Develop /create standard or custom reports. Work with Subject Matter Experts to create custom reports and various dashboards
Must Have Skills:
Responsible for process configurations and integrations in Sage, user communications, producing reports and analytics, providing project leadership, testing of changes and updates as well as coordinating data reviews, as applicable.
Experience supporting other HR Systems such as Workday, Oracle HR, ADP, and Salesforce with advanced report writing skills.
