There is a need for performance capacity planning, monitoring and performance tuning work including building NFR for new apps.
Any solutions around these and performance engineering capabilities that will help add value.
Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:
1. Performance Test Execution using LR, JMETER and Analysis using Splunk and Dynatrace Monitoring
2. NFR Design , Capacity Planning and tuning
3. Coordinate and good in verbal and written communcation and client orientation
