Data Analyst Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with healthcare exposure, technical and analytic skills to extract and interpret data across multiple integrated systems, document business requirements and report specifications
Mandatory Requirements
- 5 years of experiencing in data analysis and data warehouse
- 5+ years of experience with MS SQL
- HealthCare experience with expertise on PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Manager) data
- Collecting requirements from business users and preparing BRD documents
- Creating detailed specifications document based on the high-level requirements for data loads and BI reports
- Experience working on large implementation
- PBM implementation is added advantage
- Creating source to target mapping documents for data loads and BI reports.
- Expertise in data analysis, identifying data quality issues etc.,
