Job Description
Job Title: Implementation Consultant
Location: Miami, FL /remote till COVID 19 situation settles
Duration: 6 months with possible extension
Visa Type: Open
Rate: C2C All Inclusive
The Sr. Implementation Consultant, Pro-services is responsible for leading the implementation phase
for new client set-up and existing client upsells.
This includes planning and coordinating both client and cross-functional operational
teams to support all aspects of setup and design.
This position will serve as the main point of contact for client implementations and is responsible for the overall go-live phase of a project.
The Sr Implementation Consultant will mitigate client/member risks and internal risks through comprehensive understanding of all downstream
impacts of project components and partner with internal teams to facilitate operational procedures and implementation processes for new releases/products.
This position also involves working closely with the infrastructure team to setup cloud services needed to onboard the client.
Job Requirements and Experience:
* Hands-on experience of Cloud Platform (Like AWS, Azure etc.,) - API management
for end to end lifecycle from build, mask, publish and monetize of an API.
* Strong hands on experience developing or supporting Web Services REST API,
XML and JSON.
* Hands on project experience with API Management toolsets such as Azure API Management, Apigee, MuleSoft,
3scale or similar, is essential for this role.
* A good understanding of how data flows from a front-end application through
APIs to many types destinations is required for this role.
* Experience working with API Tools like SOAPUI, postman etc.,
* Well versed with agile methodologies Git-flow processes and source control.
* Some exposure to Azure services is essential and hands-on development within
Azure services is preferred.
* Excellent organizational skills to estimate, plan, schedule, coordinate and execute
activities
* Ability to multi-task to manage several on-going projects effectively
* Proficient communication skills, both oral and written
* Self-starter with ability to work independently as well as in in a team environment
by using knowledge on process workflow while keeping abreast of all assigned issues
* Minimum 5 years functional/technical experience in the travel industry a +PLUS
