Job Description:
Detailed Job Description: - Responsible for working with various stakeholders to define and prioritize the NDC Backlog so the solution effectively addresses Program priorities
- Lead requirements, functional design sessions with customer's business, product, and technical teams
- Produce artifacts (Product Requirements / Solution Approach documents), develop user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria
- Discover issues and opportunities with the APIs, Analyze data sets.
- Provide guidance on API usage across the organization
- Support Product team delivering API solutions
- Participating in various Standardization work within IATA groups, NDC industry meetings
- Make API structure/ XML schema recommendations, share best practices, key learnings, and collaborate on solutions at local User Group forums
- Support implementation and launch to the market / Manage pilot/beta tests
- Strong knowledge of airline distribution landscape, including strategies, programs, processes, tools, technology infrastructure
- Deep knowledge of GDS functionality, OTA, XML, Online Distribution Channels, including new standards NDC
- PSS/Reservation Systems experience A ++
