* Is responsible for overall delivery of HCM Application maintenance and support
* Work with client HR business partners and technology leads, understanding of various requirements in HR space and the future strategic direction of the application roadmap
* Lead and manage onsite / offshore teams to contribute to the overall project success
* Maintaining a hands-on role to ensure solution and key deliverables are always accurate
* The candidate must have strong experience in HCM Employee central and Reports. Other modules are added advantage
* Should be able to understand the integration requirements, translate business requirements, conduct workshops, formulate the solution till successful implementation
* Strong communication skills and stake holders management Current HCM Employee Central with up to date deltas.
