Must Have Skills:
· Health Care domain BA experience, Salesforce experience, Agile experience, Program BA experience, creating process flow diagrams
Detailed Job Description:
· At least 8 years of functional BA experience with knowledge on healthcare domain.
· Proficient in BA skills, should be able to handle requirements end-to-end.
· Must have hands-on experience in preparing use cases, user stories, functional requirements, process and UML diagrams.
· Proficiency with SQL for data analysis; ability to write queries and understanding of database concepts.
· Should have experience on Salesforce CRM and ETL process.
· Should have worked on both Agile and Waterfall methodologies; experience with Agile methodology is given priority.
· Should have experience with scrum techniques, and facilitating scrum ceremonies.
· Experience with enterprise-wide and/or cross-functional large scale initiatives.
· Should have worked on large RFPs in the Healthcare space.
· Professional education like certified scrum master is an added advantage.
