Detailed Job Description:
• 8+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst and writing user stories.
• Prioritize requirements from various stakeholders
• Creating the requirements in the form of user stories with appropriate acceptance criteria both functional and technical.
• Working with the product owner and the stakeholders to understand the scope, suggest improvements to the requirements, etc.
• Knowledge of proper requirements specification and development, such as process/functional requirements definition methods, JAD/RAD sessions, use case development, process flow diagrams
• Work with training team to document system scenarios and identify roles impacted to help develop a change management/training plan.
• Conduct business process modeling and generate applicable scenarios for the technology functionality testing team.
• Prior Scrum Master certification and experience (Plus)
• Prior experience on working with multi tech stack like distributed and mainframe in cloud environment(Plus).
