Job Title: Field Service Lightning Solution Architect
Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Position type: Contract
Contract duration: 6 Months +
Job Details:
1. 8+ Years of experience implementing enterprise-level projects in a lightning enabled service cloud environment
2. Certified Salesforce Field Service Lightning Consultant
3. Minimum of 2-3 FSL project implementation experience
4. Experience with setting up FSL data model (Work Orders, Service Appointments, Service Resources, Territories, etc.)
5. Experience configuring Service Rules and Objectives in support of Field Service business processes
6. Experience installing FSL managed package and guided setup configuration
7. Provide FSL solution alternatives to businesses and suggest solutions that have optimized and efficient ROI.
8. Translate FSL business requirements to technical specification.
9. Design, implement, and test leading-edge field service management systems with salesforce.com.
10. Create robust large-scale production applications.
11. Create prototypes quickly and re-architect them for production readiness.
Minimum years of experience required: 12 +
