Detailed Job Description:
§ 4-7 years of Instructional Design Experience
§ Has extensive knowledge of IT concepts, strategies, methodologies, architectures and technical standards
§ Has knowledge of SAFe Agile concepts and training mechanisms to support
§ Develops and supports best practices, promotes engagement, provides quality assurance and standards on the effective usages of design strategies, web-based resources, accessibility, usability, and influences selection of instructional soft-ware for online course development.
§ Enjoys solving problems and can resolve conflicts
§ Able to communicate with others effectively through written communication methods. Must be able to communicate (talking, hearing, etc.) with others effectively through oral communication methods.
§ Is motivated and driven and influences and actively models this behavior to other team members
§ Ability to identify potential issues and dependencies early for work assigned to themselves and any supporting team members
§ Actively recommends new ways of incorporating adult education best practices
§ Fully committed to transparency in all situations.
§ Tools Proficiency in the following: Storyline, Articulate 360, Camtasia, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign, Cornerstone, Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Qualtrics, WalkMe
§ Knowledge of ADA compliance
Minimum years of experience: 5-8 years

1. Manage multiple design projects using sound project management tools and methodologies
2. Represent cross functional teams in systems implementation at an enterprise level
3. Partner to secure content from vendors, Digital, and other parties as needed for course development
