Job Title: Oracle EBS Functional Consultant | ASCP

Location: Lakewood, New York

Position type: Contract

Contract duration: 6 Months +

Job Description:

o The Data Collections, ASCP, APCC, Supply Planning Work Area (SPWA) module system configurations and dependent EBS set-ups

o Capabilities include:

• Master Production Scheduling,

• Material Planning Requirements,

• Exception Management,

• Available to Promise,

• Aggregate BU planning,

• Inter-organization and intra-instance planning,

• Inventory Optimization

• Data Model and Reporting

o Data accuracy and cleanliness analysis to successfully collect and execute MPS and MRP planning

• Fit gap analysis with the BU and manufacturing team members and then requirements capturing, solution design, build, test and deploy best in class solutions, as approved by the IT Design Leader

o All requirements Gathered are captured in the requirements elicitation document populated with to-be Data Flow Diagrams, non-functional requirements and use cases

o Using the Cummins sanctioned format and processes: Functional Specification Documents and IT solution release notes submitted for approval to the IT Design Leader

o Knowledge transfer of changes to solutions to GAST team for infant care and steady-state support

o Will mentor, coach and knowledge transfer all IT solutions/ site deployment key learnings (NUD’s) to the IT Program team

• Perform regression testing as required in response to enhancements or patching activities to ensure the solutions upstream and downstream and not impacted (and conduct analysis with solution recommendations if they are)

• Conduct performance testing as required in response to enhancements or patching activities to ensure optimal application performance

Mandatory Skills

•SME in the Oracle VCP application

•Experienced understanding of MPS and MRP planning principles and with a detailed business functional understanding too.

•Good communicator and knows how to translate technical capabilities to business language

Good to Have Skills:

1. Oracle SCM PO

2. Technical Oracle PL/ SQL skills

3. Oracle SCM OM
