2. Identifying the gaps and impact and third party tools
3. Experience is salesforce and telecom domain

Detailed Job Description:
Interact with the Client to analyze their need and find solutions.
Creates user stories with relevant acceptance criteria.
Discuss with all stakeholders to make sure that there is no gap at any level.
Finally prepares documents including design flow and wireframes.
Working experience using relevant tools, like MS Visio, SWOT, etc.,
Cost effective and stakeholder analysis
Proficiency in oral and written communication
Business Analyst certificate is preferred
CRM Software and telecom industry knowledge.
Minimum years of experience: 8-10 years
