Job Title: Network Administrator
Location: Chicago, Illinois
Duration: 6 months+
Position Type: Contract
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• 8 to 10 years of experience as Network Administrator
• Cisco Certified Network Professionals or equivalent
• Network design experience – LAN, WAN and SDN
• Understanding for F5 LTM & GTM or GSLB Operations and Support
• Advanced understanding and experience with firewall support (Palo Alto, F5 Firewall)
• Understanding of Arista SD-WAN architecture & operations support
• Advanced understanding and experience with Enterprise Network Infrastructure and Topology
• WAN, LAN, Firewall, Proxy Services, Routing and Switching, Application Load Balancing
• Ability to perform packet capture and analysis
• Understanding of private and Public IP addressing
• Perform problem management for permanent resolution of issues and incident reduction
