Job Title: System Engineer | Networking
Location: Plano, Texas
Position type: Contract
Contract duration: 6 Months +
Detailed JD:
10 + years of System engineer experience
1. IP Networking & protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, IPv4, IPv6), firewalls, security (TLS, MTLS, PKI), DNS, DHCP, CG/NAT.
2. Service provider/Mobile network, 3GPP standards, 4G, 5G.
3. DCM stack both hardware (NAD, RF) & software(CAN, Eth, MQTT, HTTP, REST)
4. Understanding of wireless networks & protocols, including WiFi
5. Connected car domain knowledge, Telematics.
6. Cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP)
7. Basic OS (AGL) & OSGI concepts
8. Technical documentation skills
9. Experience with Python/C/C++/Java and/or bash scripting
10. Ability to work independently
11. Network management system experience essential plus.
12. System engineering exp is must.
