Job Details:
- 6+ years of experience Software Quality Assurance (QA) experience testing Data Warehouse, Database (ETL & BI), Big Data Testing.
- Experience in defining Testing Methodologies; creating Test Plans and Test Cases, Verifying and Validating Application Software and Documentation based on standards for Software Development and effective QA implementation in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with Agile methodology.
- Expert in ETL, Data Warehousing, front-end and BI testing. Strong experience in Data Analysis, Data Migration, Data Cleansing, Transformation, Integration, Data Import, and Data Export using multiple ETL tools such as Informatica PowerCenter.
- Extensive experience in writing SQL to validate the database systems and for backend database testing.
- Performed functional testing using databases such as Oracle SQL Developer, Teradata SQL Assistant, IBM DB2, and Big data tools such as Mark logic NoSQL Database, Cloudera Impala, Apache Hadoop, HDFS, Sqoop and Hive
Must Have Skills
- Programming Languages: Spark SQL, Hive, SQL
- Platform/Environment: Hadoop, ETL
- Database Management System: Bigdata Ecosystem /RDBMS
- Application Packages, etc.: Jira, ALM, Qtest,
- Years of experience on each of the Technical must have skills
