We are seeking for a Salesforce Developer with minimum 3 salesforce certification and has a proven ability to code Lightning, Apex & Visualforce. The preferred candidate should able to work in the Salesforce.com development environment which includes custom objects, workflows, triggers, Flows, SOQL, SOAP API, REST and SOAP web services. He must be very well versed with Salesforce integration, deployment and data architecture.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as developer for Salesforce.com
- Develop high quality, scalable customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, requirements and company goals
- Contribute to the entire development cycle (analysis, design, code, test, initial pilot/production launch, deploy and production support)
- Manage daily support and maintenance of Salesforce instance
- Design, develop and maintain enhancements, integrations to Salesforce applications
- Must be aware of Release management and version control system.
- Ability to work with a team of Salesforce programming and declarative experts
- Some experience with large-scale implementations, integrations (10+), and orgs (500+ Users)
Competencies:
- Extensive experience in an Information Technology role (>2 years)
- 2+ years’ experience as a Salesforce developer required.
- SFDC platform developer I and II, App builder certification preferred
- Familiarity with sales, service and marketing processes
- Solid understanding of Salesforce platform, features and governor limits
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and design patterns
- Strong understanding of relational database concepts and designs
- Experience working with VisualForce pages, Lightning, Apex programming required
- Experience working with integrating 3rd party systems with Salesforce and various web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, Javascript, JS frameworks like Angular, Bootstrap) preferred
- Experience using SOAP, REST and other communication protocols and mechanisms
- Experience in Agile development preferred
Additional knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and verbal/written communication
- Motivated and self-directed individual, bringing a strong sense of focus and energy to work.
- It’s not a must have but good to have the knowledge about Airlines/Insurance/Financial Services domain
