Job Title: Oracle HCM Consultant | Taleo
Location: Atlanta, Georgia
Position type: Contract
Contract duration: 6 Months+
Job Details:
Must Have Skills:
1. Experience with Taleo Recruiting and Onboarding.
2. Experience with Implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
3. Candidate should be proficient in all the Recruiting & Onboarding and Health & Safety Processes.
Required Qualifications:
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Atlanta, GA, USA or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the USA.
• Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree
• 6+ years of Information Technology experience
• 4+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud – Recruiting & Onboarding and Global HR
• 2+ years of working on Taleo Recruiting and Onboarding
• Knowledge of Agile practices and ability to implement the project in Agile mode
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
• Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
• Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies
• US Citizenship or Permanent Residency required; we are not able to sponsor at this time
Preferred Qualifications:
• 4+ years of experience with Implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules
• Candidate should be proficient in all the Recruiting & Onboarding and Health & Safety Processes
• Ability to lead the discussions with the customer teams for integrations, data migrations and reports related to Recruiting & Onboarding and Health & Safety
• Knowledgeable on HCM technical tools including HCM Data loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae, Personalizations.
• Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
• Experience managing team size of 5+ would be a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Minimum years of experience: 6-10 years
