In the role of Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in project planning, financial management, risk management, tracking and leadership reporting. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. You will be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.
Location for this position is Phoenix. The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
Qualifications
Basic
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 8 years of experience with SKILL SET
Preferred
• Extensive experience as a project/program manager and scrum master. Expertise in project planning, financial management, risk management, tracking and leadership reporting
• Expertise on articulating business goals, creating detailed project roadmaps, plans, schedules and work bench structures
• Develop and manage all aspects of project and program engagement from planning, Contracts, Client relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues
• Anticipate and manage change effectively in the fast evolving global business environments
• Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies, critical path deliverables and vulnerability management.
• Experience of working as an Agile coach for teams new to scrum will be value add
• At least 2 years of experience in delivering projects using Agile Methodologies
• Ability to effectively communicate across third parties and technical and business product managers
• Experience in clarifying objectives, dealing with ambiguity/under-defined problems, advocating for simplification, and influencing teams
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Experience to cards and payments domain is a plus
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
• Experience using Rally agile delivery management platform is a plus
